Halloween 2007….

Heather and Jenny on Halloween (2007)

I would have had these posted earlier but unfortunately my card reader wasn’t working so I had to get a new one. At least it wasn’t the card itself. =P

So the first set of pictures is from a couple of weekends ago when Sierra and I went over to Heather’s to do crafts in preparation for Christmas. Heather had a new crab stuffed salmon recipe she wanted to try out (which was delicious by the way) and so we had a nice dinner and watched Halloween movies like “Hocus Pocus” and “Scooby Doo.”

I also dressed Sierra up in one of Heather’s masks which was fun although she did not find it nearly as entertaining as I did. =) Although I look like crap, I’m still posting this picture because Sierra is just so darn cute with her stupid muppet head. 😉 The second picture is an amazing cut metal figure of two horses that my dad made. He also made a cutout of Sierra and Lotus that is in our front yard. I’ll have to get a picture of that and post it once the yard looks better.

The next weekend, Heather came over to my house and we worked on crafts some more. I also remembered to pull out my “House on Haunted Hill” puzzle which I have assembled and disassembled nearly every Halloween since I was a little girl. Since it’s already missing a piece and also has a half eaten piece (my dog Sherbet ate it a long time ago), I figured I’d take a picture of it now before it falls apart. The next picture is of the plastic canvas pumpkins I made earlier this year and was able to display in our kitchen. “We’re a totem pole!” -Ralph Wiggum

Heather and I worked on crafts most of Saturday and Sunday. Heather is working on sequined felt pieces for an advent calendar and I was working on legwarmers for Heather. Here we’re hard at work.

And here I’m cracking up because Marshall took a less than flattering picture of me and I couldn’t keep a straight face for the picture.

Well those are our Halloween pictures. I wish I had a picture of what I had worn for Halloween but Marshall was still sleeping when I had to head out for work. Oh well, maybe next year. =)
